Excellent service. From initial contact to the move across country could not ask for a better experience. Professional and courteous staff throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend.

I would steer clear of this moving company if you want a smooth stress-free moving experience. At every stage in the move - we were confronted with unpleasant surprises and problems. We were continually disappointed in the number of mishaps that occurred during our cross-state move. We missed work, traveled unnecessarily to meet delivery trucks that didn't arrive, and generally spent hours dealing with problems that arose as a direct result of the lack of coordination of this company. The delivery window (though confirmed multiple times with Lisa Ireland) was entirely missed. Our household belongings were not treated with care and many valued belongings were damaged/broken. Coordination is lacking with this company and their partners, United Van Lines - for example, we couldn't even track down our delivery truck when it missed the delivery window and waited for an entire afternoon to understand what was happening. In sum - I would not recommend this company. In response to the below comment that someone has been in direct contact with me - Louise from United Van Line’s emergency hotline was the only person who I was able to reach when the van could not be tracked down on the delivery date. No one from Bohren’s followed up to my emails asking for an explanation about the repeated miscommunications, failure of delivery, lack of coordination. So, the comment below is misleading - because there was no direct contact from customer service after the fact or even a response to my email asking for an explanation from Lisa Ireland, who was our move coordinator.

Do not hesitate to use this mover!!! Bohrens was 1000% TOP NOTCH! From the estimator, office support, packers, movers and unpackers across the country, these guys did an amazing job. I was literally hours away from signing with another company to save a few bucks but chose Bohrens and am SO GLAD I DID! For a cross country move, not one thing (nothing!) was damaged. Nothing was missing. Our belongings even had to stay in storage for about 2 1/2 months and arrived in perfect condition. Driver on the destination end stayed with me for almost an extra hour to locate some boxes that hadn't been checked off coming off the truck. He found them all. Wasn't leaving until he did. ALL the folks who were in my home(s) were professional, courteous, and treated it like their own. You will NOT be sorry. I can't say enough! Go ahead, sign the contract!!!
