BQ Transport LLC

Needed a quick move done from one apt to another. They came out quick and were reasonably priced.

BQ Transport did an amazing job earning my business, the great customer service ended there. Even though I told them I had a 2-bedroom apartment, and a 10x15 storage unit. We went through what was in each of the rooms and items storage via phone. When they arrived for the move their truck was not big enough, and we were told the move would now incur additional $3000+ in costs since the amount of boxes was under estimated. Additionally, they required CASH or money orders before they would proceed. They also wanted to charge me an extra $300 for stairs even though I told them I lived on the second floor. They did manage to get everything on the truck however, I witnessed them drop my Dyson vacuum from the top of the truck and my sewing machine was dropped coming up the stairs at our new place. Boxes I had labeled as fragile, nothing on top, meant nothing as they had things stacked on them. It was also very hard to communicate with the movers as only 1 of them spoke English. Three (3) months after the move, they charged my credit card over $1,700 even though we had a paid in full invoice from Feb 28. After several emails and texts to BQ we were told that a refund was done. Its now two weeks later we still do not have a refund and had to place the charge in dispute as the CC company has no credit in process. I cannot recommend BQ Transport for your moving services.

Had a great experience with BQ Transport LLC. Tony did a great job organizing everything, and in light of the corona crisis, the guys from BQ went above and beyond. Huge respect! They made this long distance move a really stress-free experience. Thumbs up!

I moved from CT to New Hampshire and BQT took care of the first load, then came on a Sunday, as requested, and took the final load without ANY problems. Beso and the guys were amazing, strong, kind, funny, and very professional. They even fixed a broken leg table that I broke. I am so impressed at their ability to move a household into an apartment with so much as a scratch. I would recommend Beso and BQT for any short- or long-move without hesitation. When I move again, I''m calling them!
