This is the second time I've used Branch Out and they are phenomenal. They will be my moving company for life. Lisa and Walter really take care of getting all the details set up so that when moving day comes, it's a breeze. Abdul, Amid and Tony were the best. Professional, nice, had genuinely positive attitudes, and were great at their jobs. They called when they were on the way and were exactly on time. I was very pleasantly surprised with how fast they got everything out of the house, loaded and then unloaded. They had great attention to detail, making sure I was satisfied and consistently checking in with me for any questions. If you're looking for a moving company to take care of you from start to finish, go with Branch Out. Their prices are very reasonable and they're worth every penny.

We have moved seventeen (17) times over the course of thirty (30) years and have some very good moving experiences and some not so good ones! Branch Out Moving was spectacular. They were professional, timely, careful and efficient. You definitely get a fabulous value for the quality of work performed. I highly recommend that you make Branch Out Moving one of your moving company considerations.

I would totally recommend them but advise you to deal with Lisa- the owner. That is the reason that I am giving them 4 stars not 5. I have used them twice!- the first move was awesome- the movers were so easy to deal with and positive and strong! they knew what they were doing as they loaded up and unloaded. They took such great care with my furniture. They were efficient and reasonable. Lisa, the owner, is smart, calm, organized and very customer oriented. I had such a great move the first time- so I called them again. I dealt with another person this time, who is not as sincere as Lisa- he is a fast talker doesn't really listen, and just brushes you off with quick answers. I prefer dealing with Lisa- she is trustworthy and great to work with. The second move there was a small issue and Lisa reached out to me personally and quickly handled it most honorably, fairly, and quickly.
