Saalex Solutions hired Brand Transfer & Storage Co to move furniture in our Rockledge Florida Office. Great customer service, courteous, prompt and very professional.

Used them to move and store my stuff in June. When we picked up our stuff from storage we were missing 2 boxes. May not seem like a lot but when you only had 14 boxes to begin with it is significant. We broke down our valuables of 40 years to the minimum. Our bed was one item we moved because of my bad back and we had just purchased an ergomattic bed frame. One of the lost boxes containing all the wiring to set up the bed and the remote controls and legs are missing! Cost is over 300.00 just to replace these items alone. Contacted the owner several times, even sent pictures which I took as they loaded out stuff into moving van clearing showing all our items, owner response was we never received it. What? Where is it? My name and phone number where clearly written on every box and item yet they don't care enough to find it. When you pick and choose your valuables some are just irreplaceable, but to have them not care enough to try and locate and avoid my calls is ridiculous.

They were very professional both in their estimate and their movers. They disassembled my stuff, moved it all in one day and reassembled to have us living in our new house that same day. Hard workin people!

I had them move but they decided not finish the job so right now I’m stuck with a closing tomorrow and boxes packed left here by these great guys. Next time I’ll just go pick up a load of daily labor. I had to clean up there break mess, how hard is it to pick your own trash. One guy on the first day was very nice and told the “head mover” that things needed to be loaded so they would crush our glass, well “head idiot” didn’t take kind to him treating the customers with simple respect. That guy must of been fired or relocated to another job. The one thing that really showed their character was when I gave them 1000$ in new shoes, work boots and 1500$ in clothes/tools/knives. In return mr gap tooth told me he would personally be there to the end. That did not happen but they definitely took 2500$ in my stuff to THEIR HOMES. I hope that his helps somebody else. Not all their guys are bad, it’s just the ones calling shots.

Movers showed up smelling so bad like cigarettes I had to stand back a little when talking to them. It rained off and on, so they had to stop and take breaks (okay, fine), then took about 5 cigarette breaks during the move in addition to that. I had them move only the big stuff in my house, but it took over 5 hours. Also, I was charged a $120 fee I was not told about.
