Terrible Experience! Regretfully all good things come to an end and sadly one of those is the honest quality customer service at Braun Moving which has been replaced by greedy business practices and poor quality workmanship. I can say this because this past experience was my fourth but last time using Braun Movers. They arrived late, overcharged for several items (to the tune of 45% ie: $775) , they left several pieces of furniture (beds & desks) incomplete and improperly assembled and the worst is they hid the missing pieces in and among the stacked moving boxes, disregarded instructions on what and what not to take - regretfully 2/3 of the staff didn't speak English so that probably added to the problem. Moving is stressful enough - do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Make moving easier not harder. Not having honest company makes it a nightmare!
