I had two moves with Braun one year apart, so hopefully this info is useful because it covers two different experiences. In general, Braun is a professional moving company. This means you have an estimator come out to the house, look at your stuff, and give you a quote based on your actual volume of stuff. It means your move coordinator is prompt with emailing documents, asking and answering questions, as well as end of move billing. (Expect to sign a lot of papers) It means they showed up on time the day of the move, treated my stuff better than I do, and worked without pause the entire day (I did provide lunch and end-of-day tip). They packed everything I asked, tons of dishes and breakables, and nothing was broken or damaged. (And they were great at organizing my garage - I'm going to leave it just the way they left it!) I was also able to utilize their long term storage which made coordinating the two moves seamless and was part of the reason I chose them. The other side of the equation is that you are going to pay more than you would with a cut rate mover. My first move was not properly estimated and I ended up paying hundreds more than I expected (to be fair, it was a very complicated move, and we have a lot of stuff, but still, they had looked at all of it, so I wasn't thrilled...). My second move was absolutely perfectly estimated. Nearly down to the dollar! Not cheap, but on budget. No surprises. And I know they worked hard to make that second move seamless so I would have renewed confidence in them. I don't think they were any happier about the first move's cost than I was (not that they discounted it, but hey, that's life). Bottom line? If you want a trustworthy mover and you're willing to make a financial commitment to get it, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. And, if you have a complicated job, you want to go with this company or a similar one because there are some moves that need expertise. Best wishes to everyone moving!

I hardly write reviews but I was so happy with my experience, I had to share! I was nervous engaging Braun at first because I thought the price tag was a bit much. I then shopped around and found them to be comparable. Now that my move is behind me I believe it was worth every penney and I would choose Braun again.

The price they quoted me turned out to be $700.00 less than they billed me for. That to me is a huge difference! Also, if you want to get something out of storage it will cost $80.00 for the first hour!! The company is a rip-off! I do not recommend using them!

Diego and his crew were excellent and the price was right. To pack up our belongings to move to from Brookfield to Florida, they were careful, respectful, thorough and a pleasure to have in our home. Would give them more stars if we could! Don't even hesitate.
