We had an enjoyable experience overall. Our only issue was we didn't get a call beforehand to warn us when the item would arrive. Otherwise we were very satisfied with the driver, and all other communication.

I missed the delivery call and didn’t see it until much later. I called back once I saw it and they said the boxes were delivered. I said thanks and that was that. They called back right away then saying they realized it was a front room delivery and would I like them to bring the boxes in (they were huge!). They really didn’t have to do that since I had missed it completely, so I feel like they went above and beyond. Excellent friendly, caring customer service! Thank you!

Brouwer Relocation service was the final leg delivery service for a large item from Amazon. The tracking info said to expect it in a defined time frame on a set day. The driver called ahead that day early in that time frame and advised they were on the way and when to expect them. They arrived at that time and the 2 man crew unloaded and placed the item where I wanted it. They were very timely, careful, courteous and efficient. My item was received undamaged and when expected.

They were great to work with. They sent multiple emails and gave updates to the estimated time of arrival. They were supposed to be here between 7:00am and 11:00am and they arrived at 8:05am. They called ahead of time to give us an update which was awesome. The package is in great condition as no issues with the box. They also got it here a week ahead of time.

Lorenzo and Noah did a wonderful job during our move from Missouri to Sioux Falls. They were extremely professional, prompt, and respectful. They took great care to ensure everything we owned was transported in a timely fashion, and ensured nothing was damaged or loss throughout the moving process. If we ever move again, we will most definitely use Brouwer Relocation's services again!
