Browns Moving & Storage-NY

I understand not putting furniture in a home (which I paid wayfair for) due to the pandemic but the employee was a complete jerk about it, plus they didn’t seem to concerned they weren’t wearing masks! Thankfully wayfair gave me a refund and some but absolutely annoyed with the attitude from one of the delivery guys. “I don’t know what to tell you”. I apologize that I weigh 100 pounds and my father has a heart condition, only asked them to push it a few feet into the living room.

Great Boss to work for. Joel Brown. And the Wayfair we deliver. Is awsome plus we have great support with our Wayfair Supervisors... We love putting smiles and making our customers happy. We aim to please. I thank God i got a great job and Boss.

Brown's Moving and Storage made a stressful situation go very smoothly. Their movers were very professional and took pride in their work. They were very helpful to an overwhelmed person making their first interstate move.

This company lied about trying to deliver my merchandise from a third party .. and then didn't return any of my phone calls .. I had to reach out to rectify.. and when I did talk to someone they said they would deliver my merchandise first thing 8am .. I had an appt so I was fine with that.. they didn’t arrive on time .. I wasn’t the first appt .. I had to cancel the appt I had in order to accommodate them .... their time was more important than mine obviously .. disrespectful ..

Browns delivered my furniture from wayfair, Devon stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process even when we wanted to move our delivery date since both of the pieces of our furniture were not going to be delivered at the same time, she was so nice and easy to work with! The movers called me 30 mins before arrival which gave us adequate time to get ready and they delivered our furniture perfectly even though we have a difficult home to maneuver! Thank you browns!!!
