The level of service I received was far beyond anything I'd ever received before. Arranging the tow was so simple and the staff was very kind and attentive given the stressful situation. Tommy, the tow driver was actually able to get my vehicle started and was quite knowledgeable regarding troubleshooting the issue. A few minutes after leaving he actually called my to see if I needed a ride to work. I would recommend Bulldog over anything else in the area. Other companies wouldn't even call me back. Highly recommend this company. Very polite dispatcher. She gave me a time frame of 45 minutes. My kids were getting antsy so I called back at the 45 minute mark. She said the driver was on his way and would be there within 10 minutes which he was. Driver was very polite and friendly. He gave my kids and I a ride home where he towed our car and he even offered my boys a slice of pizza. Price was reasonable $75 compared to the $120 my insurance said another company would charge me. A little kindness goes a long way in a moment of stress. Thank you Bullard towing and thank you Raul.
