Absolutely, Hands down the BEST movers and moving/ storage company

We were moving from about 5500 square feet in Hingham to an apartment in Boston, requiring the household to be moved to three different locations; Nantucket, storage in Weymouth, and the apartment itself. Burkhardt packed, moved, unpacked when requested, and always acted in a professional manner. Moving a 2000 pound safe down a bulkhead to a Nantucket basement was no problem for them. Packing Lladro porcelain figurines with flower petals so thin you can see through them was perfect, as were the figurines when they were unpacked. These people know what they're doing. The actual bill was slightly less than the estimate. I recommend them without reservation.

I cannot say enough great things about Burkhardt Movers. I had a very complicated move - taking items from two different locations to an out of state address. I was amazed at the care they took to protect everything and the ease of breaking things down and reassembling everything at the end of the move. The movers were polite, courteous and extremely efficient. Hopefully I am not moving again in the near future however I will recommend Burkhardt to everyone I know. I did shop around for price and they were extremely competitive. If you are thinking about moving this is the company to use hands down - you will not be disappointed.
