Great Service and very flexible helped me at the last minute when other companies failed. I originally had a reservation with another company but the driver didn’t even come to my house. After several calls and rude customer service I cancelled and found Burrell. Last minute so I wasn’t expecting the service I receive from this company. Last minute reservation, but they were at my home 30 minutes after the call. Great Company, fast service all at a great price. Thank you Burrells!

These guys were gracious enough to help me with a big move after another moving company cancelled on me 20 minutes before my move. Terrance agreed to lower his rate to match my previous quote with the other company. I am SO grateful and would recommend this company to anyone looking for reliability! The movers were quick, efficient and professional, even moving down 2 floors and up to a third floor. Definitely give these guys a call.

I would never refer them to even my worst enemy. I was quoted one price, then he tried to ask for more because he wasn't prepared and had to get another man and truck. I clearly told him how much stuff I had. Then they broke my carpet cleaner and said he would replace it and never did. I gave them one star because I couldn't give them negative stars!!!!!

Everything you could want in a moving company: reasonably priced, showed up on time, were polite and worked very hard.
