Positive Experience for me. Being older and not able to do like I use to, had to trust moving help for WHAT, WHERE, and HOW! These Guys were respectful, diligent, and knowledable of how to put your worries to rest. I would recommend Burrells for your needs in moving. I plan on using again very soon.

I really don't like to write reviews, but I think it's my duty to warn other people. Before I decided to go with this company, I saw some negative reviews, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong. Hiring this company was one of the worst decisions I've taken in my life. This company is bad. Workers were slow in purpose, to inflate their hours. I had to do some lifting myself. They destroyed my floor and door. They destroyed my furniture. I could not believe my eyes when I saw a worker dragging my living room leather chair outside on the ground. They are dangerous people. I would never wish what happened to me to anyone else.

Burrell's Moving saved my move. I had another moving company scheduled for the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, which was also the first of the month. The night before the move, I received a call from the other moving company that they couldn't do the move because their driver had called out. I didn't know what to do as I was getting some large pieces of furniture from my brother's in-laws and I didn't want to inconvenience them. Thankfully, they recommended Burrell's as they had recently done a move for their daughter. On the day of the move, I called Burrell's to see if they had a cancellation and would be able to fit me in. I spoke with the owner, who was in Florida, but he spoke with his team and they were able to fit me in because my move was so small. The guys were great and worked hard moving the furniture. I live on the third floor with no elevator, but they were able to move everything. I'm so thankful that Burrell's was able to fit me in and complete my move on the day I needed!
