Friends of ours hired these guys for my residential move. The entire crew introduced themselves and asked us to please not be shy about directing them as the move progressed. The movers were all professional and polite and not one item was lost or broken. I never met any of the sales or office staff as this service was a gift, but I can only assume that they were as top notch as the guys that we did meet.
