Every step in the process was perfect. The contracting was managed professionally by Jess who answered all my questions. Insurance certificate was provided. The driver arrived on schedule to pick up the car. He notified us of the status of the transport and delivered the vehicle on time without any problems at all. I highly recommend Movewheels.

Kurt with Movewheels transport brokers was clear honest and precise. Chris with CK 5 Transport was professional, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. They called the day before the pick up to schedule a time and actually picked up my motorcycle at the appointed time. They called the day before delivery to schedule a time and was there as agreed. My antique motorcycle was delivered in the same excellent condition it was picked up in. Could not ask for a better overall experience, very very happy.

Stefan was a big help and he kept in-touch with me til the car was picked up. He sent me the drivers contact info and the driver called me to tell me they were in the middle of a bad rain storm and tornadoes in Florida. They delivered the car on time and in great condition considering what they had to drive through. I will use BWT group again when I need a shipper
