Quality is priority to me... This moving company ensures that I received The best services. This time around I was at ease moving to my new place. Highly recommended!

This company is the worst! They sent 2 young boys to move me & 1 couldnt even carry a mattress by himself. A job that should have taken 3-4 hours took 7. They gave me a "discount" on the price, but what I paid would have been what I should have paid if the job was done correctly. Several of my pieces were broken due to negligence. A manager called them during my move to ask about another client they stopped working to take the call all the while my clock is still ticking. My move was beginning to get really expensive, so to cut down on the time I ENDED UP MOVING MY OWN THINGS!! Which is utterly ridiculous. After writing this review I spoke with the manager, Clifford, who has agreed to discount my services again in an effort to make me feel better about my interaction with his company, but he is not a man of his word. He drew up a contract which I signed he didn't. Now he's trying to hold a threat of suing me to get me to change my star rating to a 5. NEVER will I give this joke of a company anything. If I could rate them 0 I would. He's a liar & I suggest you not do business with him.

So many things went wrong with this moving company: —No call-no showed for the original estimate, and then showed up an hour after the appointment time with two people instead of four. —Forgot to bring the drill and had to use MY tools to take the furniture apart. —Had to ask repeatedly for them to wrap furniture. —Left the screws for the bed in the condo, so now I have to drive back to the storage unit —Movers were careless with my items. —Management AND staff were rude. —They milked the clock for extra time and then said it was MY fault. —The lead mover and his boss argued with me, and talked over me when I escalated my complaints. **I** am the paying customer. —It wasn’t until I threatened not to pay anything that they took 2 1/2 hours off the move time. —Two of the staff got stuck in the elevator at the storage unit for almost an hour, and the fire department had to come get them because the movers couldn’t follow directions and posted signs and kept overloading the elevator and holding the door opens. —Packed 6 boxes on top of musical instruments even after telling me that they knew what they were doing. —I personally witnessed them drop 6 boxes marked “FRAGILE.” I am going to update this post later after I have had time to cool off. But for now just know that I am livid and you are risking your money, your time, and your belongings if you hire CC Associated Movers.
