I’m extremely dissatisfied with the way I have been treated by this company and in particular the receptionist, Linda. With our initial phone call, she neglected to tell me that there is a 4 hour minimum of charged labor. Had I known this, I would not have gone with this moving company. The job only took 1 hour plus the hour for transport. After getting the bill I was confused because I was charged for four hours. I called the company to ask about that and Linda stated that this was the policy and I expressed to her that I was very upset because she never stated it on our phone call (I wrote everything down) When I asked if this could be resolved in any way she began raising her voice and yelling at me and was extremely rude. A company should NEVER speak to a customer the way I’ve been spoken too. I also believe that people should own up to their mistakes. I don’t like leaving bad reviews especially to family owned companies but I have never had a more frustrating experience like this one. They truly don’t care about their customers. Linda was extremely disrespectful to me on the phone and it’s unfortunate because the owner and the workers very polite and quick at their job. If I had the chance I would have gone with another moving company. Businesses should not conduct themselves in this way.

My wife and I hired Calfo Red Line to move into our new house and we are so glad we did. We had a 10x30 storage unit filled top to bottom and Ron and his team did a great job. They were on time and moved all of our belongings and furniture in a timely manner. They treated our items as their own and went above and beyond what we expected. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is moving or needs big furniture moved.

We use Calfo Red Line for piano moves and they are professional, on-time, and always bring a team of 3-4 guys to ensure a successful move. We use them for our most difficult jobs and always have positive feedback from the customers.
