We wanted to personally thank each individual that made our move much easier and lighthearted than we expected – Eddie, Angel, Raul, Octavio and Mike M. Not only were they highly professional, they far exceeded our expectations. We were met with a handshake and smiling friendly faces while they introduced themselves to each of us. Our valuables were treated with the same level of courtesy and respect as we were. They anticipated each next step and made us more confident about the process. They were patient and listened even when we realized that we hadn’t packed up one desk. They did not treat obstacles like an inconvenience but instead handled it with a motivating can-do attitude. When we got to the new place, not only did they move our extremely heavy furniture with care and ease but they were extremely accommodating to our adjustments. Guys unload things fast. Dock is a little bit low, but they got it figured out. Ohh and they have public scale here if you ever need to scale in Castroville, CA.
