The men who came to pick up our stuff was excellent and provided exceptional customer. The guy who delivered our stuff was plain out rude, nasty , and impatient. The manager himself was very rude and wanted to take offense. We were only trying to point out that there is a way for the driver to handle things. It messed up the whole morning for us especially us being honest people. Because he is having a bad day does not warrant to be rude and talk to people the way he did. Venessa Merren-Taylor

In an earlier review the so called manager suggested that the customer was trying to ruin the reputation of the company. Well he's doiñg a good job of it himself. I contacted Eagle lines and talked to Rachel . Rachel agreed to come to my house and give me a quote. The quote was a little high so I asked her if she could lower it. She called me back and gave me a lower quote which I accepted. The movers came and loaded the truck,after the driver said I owed and additional 800 dollars.i told him I would call Rachel . They insisted I pay half of the additional 800 I owed. I called Rachel she told me she would look into it,and get back to me. She called me back and told me she had the load pulled off the truck and the original quote was correct. Shortly after this I was emailed an invoice for approximately 1200.00. Two days later l received a new bill for approximately 1800.00. I called Rachel and she said she was not handling my account ,her boss was. I sent him an email asking.him to call me. He called me and I explained my issue. This man should never. Be a manager He has no idea how to talk to customers. He told me I ship a lot more than original quote. I didn't say how many cartons I was shipping, Rachel did the quote. This man was rude and not a bit interested in solving this issue. He had my furniture he won I lost. Warning to stay away from this company! There are reputable companies out there that won't steal from you. My story doesn't end here. I will use other platforms to communicate how bad this company.
