Careful Moving Services

Dan and his crew helped move me this past week and I couldn’t say enough great things about them! Not only were they the most affordable, but they were much more careful and professional than any other company I’ve used prior. For two guys, they worked so quickly and efficiently it was such a relief for me on a very stressful day. They made sure that every item was where I wanted it before leaving. They were incredibly kind and did not want me to even lift a finger. I did not catch the other guys name (who was so nice and hard working), but both Dan and his employee were great! I would use them again and again and highly recommend them.

Used them recently to move some stuff out of storage and into a new place. The two drivers, were punctual and professional. The worked hard and kept my things in tact. I would definitely use them again if I move. They barely took two hours and didn't dilly dally.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They were difficult to communicate with from the beginning and I had to reach out to them to make contact prior to the move from another city just a few days before the move. The person I spoke with seemed uninformed about the move and inquired about general information that was provided when I set up the moving appointment via U-Hauls extension website. The two gentleman showed up about fifteen minutes behind schedule and didn’t even bring a dolly with them, when they were aware the move included several large pieces of furniture. I had to track down a dolly myself to let them borrow because theirs was “on another job”. Myself and four other family members assisted the two gentlemen with moving the boxes and furniture into the apartment because there was a two hour window scheduled and it was apparent within minutes of their arrival that there was no way they would be able to complete the move in the allotted time frame. (Keeping in mind we had 2 movers from our previous city, pack and load the truck in just over an hour with two gentleman who were properly equipped...aka had a dolly). I was then charged for an extra hour (30 extra minutes was the actual over time) and simply paid the man because it was honestly easier than arguing after such a hellacious experience. When I provided constructive feedback via email to the company, Israel has chosen to respond to my emails within a convenient 3-5 week timeframe and has been nothing short of rude and unprofessional. I was also told that them providing a dolly would have been “complimentary”. This statement was by far the most absurd. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I warn all google searchers to stay away from this company! There are so many great moving companies out there with individuals who take pride in their business and work ethic, however this is not one of them.

It all started well. I got a great quote for a Saturday move. Come moving day this "company" was a no call, no show. I tried calling and the phone went right to voice mail. I emailed and received no response. In fact it's days later and I still haven't heard from them, not even a lame excuse or apology. Stay away from this company.

STAY AWAY! My Wife's sister had used them in the past and was happy with them, so we decided to give them a shot. They sent three kids to do the move, and they were terrible. One was on some sort of drugs, and another wouldn't stop farting while he was getting our stuff. Completely unprofessional. They were very also very slow (watching the bill increase) and I had to ask them to stop using their phones and speed things up more than once. Then when they were unloading, they piled FRAGILE boxes on top of each other until the bottom boxes broke. Unreal. They also complained about their boss the whole time, and how they relied on good tips...BUT IT GETS WORSE!!!! So then about 2 years later we're moving again, and my wife asks me to give them another shot. I call and explain my issues with the 1st experience, and the owner assures me it won't happen again, and he apologizes for the last time. I decide to give them a second chance. Moving day comes, and they don't. An hour passes. No call, no show. We call...and they explain their computer died and didn't know who they were supposed to go to, but it was good now and they were on their way. So we waited. No show, no call. Finally we call back. Now their truck broke down....but they assure me they'll be there and won't go home until the jobs done. I managed to get a price discount from the owner, but an 8AM move turned into an all day move. These movers were better...but were still not great. At the end of the night, I handed them the money order and they asked if I could pay in cash since their boss doesn't pay them right away. I told them no...but again very unprofessional and shady. They will not get a 3rd chance from me. ANYONE READING THIS I URGE TO NOT EVEN GIVE THEM A 1st CHANCE.
