DISPATCHER NICOLAS DRIVER JOHNNY ARE TOP NOTCH. GREAT SERVICE. THEY CAUGHT A MISTAKE ON MY RATE CON WHICH ENABLED ME TO AVOID A PROBLEM. THEY SEND CHECK CALL EMAILS THROUGHOUT THE TRIP. Review:
They are horrible if ur a driver and need there help with anything good luck because once night shift get there it's like pins and needles with them. They won't help you and they seem clueless with things if you asks them for a efs code at night it will take forever to give you that code and they will leave you on the street because the process it take is very lengthy and you have to keep calling to find out what's going on because they seem not to care at all.
