Out rental truck had old food left in the front of the cab from the previous renter. The doors would not shut correctly, we moved 1.2 miles, in only 5 trips, and were charged for 50 miles. When I called to ask why, they told me to call corporate. The young lady with facial piercings that checked us in, wouldn't stay off her phone during the check in process..... and they have a sign that says if you are on your phone, they wont assist you....

They are honest, professional, easy to work with, and always have trucks available. God has blessed this place in so many ways.
