Catfish Moving

I was disappointed in the timeliness of this moving company. We had scheduled a 2pm move 3 weeks in advance. The night before, the owner called and asked if we could do 3pm. I said that was fine. 3pm the day of the move came and went. I reached out to the owner and he said they got tied up on an earlier job and it would be closer to 5pm. At 5pm, he tells me the first crew was too exhausted from earlier work so he was sending me another crew. They finally arrived at 6pm. It was ridiculous to wait 3 hours past our move time. However, the crew that did show up did a wonderful job. My truck was loaded very efficiently and nothing was damaged. We wrapped up the move around 8:30, which was 30 minutes past the 2 hour minimum. When settling payment, I asked to only pay the 2 hour minimum since we waited for so long. The owner was very rude on the phone and refused to allow any compensation, other than removing the $20 fuel charge (which shouldn't have been charged anyway because we didn't use their trucks, we had rented our own Uhaul to move out of state). I would not recommend them for this reason.

The WORST moving company EVER!!! The movers were ok nothing was damaged and everything was handled with care however , one was literally on his last leg, not to be mean or disrespectful but he's not cut out for the job, My booking was completed 2 weeks in advance, the day before I called to confirm, the day of NO ONE showed up for my 9:30 am time that was scheduled, I was mad but I knew I had to move, So I was given a new time of 2pm, no one showed until 4pm I was told it'll be three men it was only two , I even had to help unload my own items!!! PLEASE BOOK ELSEWHERE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

A crew of 4 with Cafish Moving recently helped us with a local move in Nashville. They were professional, friendly and incredibly hard-working. By far the best movers I have ever had.
