Prices are decent, but sometimes getting ahold of a sales representative or getting a call back can be like pulling teeth. I definitely had to put more effort into making a purchase than the employees here were willing to put forth in order to make money for their company. I've been through several sales reps and contact always falls short. It took 3 sales reps for me to finally get anywhere. Its like I had to chase them down to give them my money. They just seem to disappear on you. It's kind of surprising. A more motivated and present sales team could really do this place some good.
