Not accepting responsibility for hit and run. I live in Virginia Beach. This company is out of Ohio. Their driver sideswiped my van early one morning, so I called the company. The owner rob says he knows the driver was where I stayed at the driver was, but still feels I could be just trying to pin car damage on his company because I was driving around and saw this moving company. I absolutely did not do that. I just purchased a vehicle a little over a month ago. And it was new.I filed a police report, and Rob the owner stated the same thing to the police. So basically Rob is calling me a liar on top of that, that means I am filing a false police report. That is a pretty big claim to make! So I would be careful because as you can see by the car damaged, it's a good thing I'm okay. His driver obviously ran the red light and hit my vehicle.If this guy is willing to give me that line and not pay for the damage or be cooperative then if something happens to your stuff during shipment, is he really going to cover it? Or is he going to lie and say that you damaged in you're just trying to get money! I really think about what you're doing and who you're going with when it comes to moving! These people don't seem very reliable to me

We've had Celina Moving & Storage move us 3 times—from Ohio to California; From California to Ohio; and from Ashland to Wooster, OH. Each time the customer service, attention to detail, and overall experience was great. We couldn't be more pleased with their quality of service. All team members were friendly and professional. Our earthly belongings were in good hands! On our most recent move, Matt & Shane were outstanding. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience during my move. Mat and Buford were fantastic when they came and packed everything up at my previous residence. Then Mat and Wes were great at the other end. All team members were helpful and courteous. I would recommend to anyone, and should I use a service again in the future, would call here first.

The movers were wonderful! Very careful with our items, very polite and friendly, and very professional. The office staff has also been extremely helpful, as we are storing many of our belongings until we can move into a new house. Highly recommend!
