We had such a wonderful experience with Central Maine Moving! We were relocating to North Carolina, our first out-of-state move in almost 50 years, and I was dreading both the cost and the chaos. Erik Cooley, the movers and packers, everyone at Central Maine Moving, was helpful, efficient, and responsive. Because of the virus, we made a couple of date changes and Erik even arranged, last-minute, to have our car shipped for us. The whole move went so smoothly and their estimate was spot on!

Came in under the estimate. On time, polite, professional. Always a positive attitude when asked to move something. A little hurried at the end of the day leaving some of the furniture still wrapped and not set up, otherwise 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Nice people. However ended up costing over $500 more than high end of charge quoted and broke a dresser and dining room chair. Not good. Also from pick up to delivery took 3 days to go 250 miles.

They will bait and switch. They made promises they did not keep. Then they lied about what their salesperson said and would not let us speak to our original contact. Very unreliable and under staffed. Actually had to help unload the truck because only one guy showed up to empty the truck. They also lost some small items. Bangor office was unhelpful at all levels. I would not hire this company again.
