I used them for a move out of Austin. Jorge and Charles were solid -- work included taking apart furniture & packing up my items. I am usually concerned with how well movers are going to take care of my stuff. These guys were thorough and made me feel comfortable my move was in good hands.

Lexy is the most AMAZING serving representative I have EVER had the pleasure of encountering. 22 years in the military, countless moves and even in civilian life, she was absolutely amazing. Extremely promt, a joy to speak with and an absolute pleasure working with. She is a true ambassador of the company and represents them extremely well. Customer service is number one in her book. Our experience with Central Transportation Systems was amazing and I highly recommend them. First, I received a call from Joy inquiring about our upcoming office move. We set up a time for her to come by and give us a quote. From the 1st phone call with Joy, to her coming by, Ken (he was amazing) dropping off the materials for us to pack, of course, the move and lastly to pick up to up the totes we used, we were extremely happy! They were very organized, punctual, excellent customer service skills and knowledgeable. Great team!
