Very unprofessional, it’s a shame I can’t give this company zero stars. The people that came to pack our stuff stole money from my sons piggybank and stole most of my wife’s jewelry. What kind of person steals money from a child’s piggybank! Definitely wouldn’t not recommend this company to anyone and will now be using this company ever again!

Our whole experience was awful from start to finish. The person that gave us the estament was a total liar. The people that came out to pack up were so unprofessional. They argued about the job the whole time they were packing. Several things were tore up or broken and the claim was filed. They did no were near pay for the damages. I lost my treadmill because on day of pick up they did not know how to get the treadmill out of the house. I had sold the house and had to make arrangements to be able to leave it at the last minute. Then they lied and said we were supposed to take it apart.( why would we have to take one item apart?) We had hired them to pack the whole house. Then the ones loading up the furniture told the claims dept. That we sold it with the house which was a lie. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Absolute trash, would never return a phone call to let us know when they were going to drop our furniture off and when we did get a hold of someone it was always the same I don't know. On both pick up and drop off they showed up more than an hour after the set times periods they gave, really wouldn't have been a big deal if they would have just called and let us know they were running behind we get that it happens. Both times we had to call and see what was going on and then the driver called after getting of the phone with their office to say they are going to be late. When obviously you're going to be you already are. Then they packed up our house and didn't pack a whole food pantry... they military picked them and I gave our transportation the same review, just save yourself the added stress from moving to a different state and pick someone else. Thank me later!

I obtained three bids for my move from Texas to Michigan. United came in with the lowest price which was one reason why chose this company over the other two competitors. The other reason for choosing United was a feeling of confidence that I got working with the folks at Central Transportation Systems that my move was in capable hands and would go smoothly which, in fact, it did. The highly seasoned estimator who came to my house was efficient, thorough and pleasant to work from that day onward throughout the entire upfront paperwork process even though my move date had a short window which also happened to coincide with the busiest time of the year for this industry, summer. The driver of the moving van was also efficient, thorough and pleasant to work with. Using two different colored stickers to designate which of the two stops I needed for offloading, he then proceeded to arrange his van with my items accordingly which worked like a charm. The movers were polite and worked well together under the supervision of the driver. They packed each item of furniture separately in a thick moving blanket which was then secured with yards of moving tape before loading each piece on the van as instructed. Before leaving, the driver gave me his ETA in Michigan along with his cell phone number in case I had questions or concerns during his transit. During the offloading process, it appeared that my shovel was missing at which point, the driver immediately ordered me a comparable replacement shovel online by phone. Impressive! The missing shovel subsequently turned up luckily in time for him to cancel the order. In fact, all of my belongings turned up as I checked off the all-important inventory check sheet one item at a time with ample time provided for me to do so. All in all, my move with United was definitely a positive experience from start to finish and reasonably priced, as well.
