Worst experience ever. I needed to move a small 2 bedroom house to an apartment. The move was about 15 miles. I have an expensive piano and I asked them if they were experienced in moving pianos. They informed me that it would not be a problem. On the day of the move I told them the piano was the most important item and needed to be treated with extra care. They said no problem. They only used one strap in the truck and when they took a turn the piano broke through the straps and landed on my studio desk obliterating it. The piano suffered extensive damage including a cracked sound board (devaluing it in the worst way). They fall also smashed a huge mirror that was attached to bedroom furniture.  They told me we were only going 15 miles so I didn't need to get the expensive insurance and to just sign off on the cheaper insurance.  I didn't flip out on the movers.. I truly don't believe that they wanted that to happen.. in fact I tipped the 3 of them.. 20%. All I asked them was to make sure they reported this and helped get my piano fixed.  It was nearly impossible to get any type of response from the moving company and they didn't even refund me the extra money I paid for the piano move. They referred me to a BS website where I would get virtually nothing back AND they would take the piano because it was considered a "loss". They told me the studio desk would not be covered because it was made of particle board.. I said "it would have been fine if you HADN'T DROPPED A PIANO ON IT".  The reviews of the terrible company are accurate. They are a terribly company who will take your money and run.

After being over thirty days late my things arrived. I am missing 2 boxes a arm chair and a sofa I don't know how you can lose a sofa! I had a broken flatscreen TV 2 broken lamps , 1 broken table, 2 china closets that have damaged bottoms from being moved with a hand truck instead of a furniture dolly, 2 boxes of chine completely smashed every dish bowl and cup broken even my ironing board is bent. ( I don't know how they managed that.) I still have about 10 boxes to open but its not looking good since they also look crushed and torn. This company is very unprofessional and should never be used.They must be stopped. So please pass this on. One more thing they don't have regular employees but hire them from CraigsList when they get in to town for loading and unloading so you don't know who your letting into your home. . I think any good review on this site must be fake since the people who posted the five stare reviews seem to have reviewed a few of the same companies check it out! they all had their teeth fixed in Tennessee got a security system in California had water damage cleaned up in Texas and a few had surgery in India ! or go to Yelp and check out whats said about this company. If you want to see how this company operates ask if you can stop by the office to pay your deposit or payment. I put in a claim to there insurance company but still haven't heard anything. They will only pay .60 cents pound for whats damaged or missing. So thats not a bad deal for the moving company they can take anything they want for .60 cents a pound!I paid this company close to 3000.00 and don't have much left to show for it. After all this time Im still seeing false good reviews on this site.Now its October and they are offering me 62.00 for my damaged things and for being late! Liability of the carrier will be in accordance with the liability option you’ve selected at the time of the move. Upon a close review of your Bill of Lading (Contract), Order of Service as well as the Proof of Loss and Damage Form, and in order to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction, the Settlement of this claim has been found to be in the amount of $62.00. Upon your notarization, signature and return of this letter, a settlement check will be forwarded to you at the above address. Kindly accept our apologies for any inconvenience and we wish you the best in your new location! My grandparents bequeathed to me a dining room set, but that sucker was huge and I couldn’t drive it myself from Georgia back home to upstate NY. I was able to arrange for Certified Relocation experts to go wrap it up and protect all of the pieces and get it up to me. Everything arrived in perfect condition, couldn’t have done it better myself for sure, and couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend them!!

Awesome mover!!! I paid exactly what they quoted, they pick up the phone when called, showed up on time, very professional, and they did a great job. Also, they were much cheaper than several other places I called. Great job guys! Strongly recommend!
