Thank you Mr. D for making my moving experience one of the most depressing times in my life. I will never forget your dishonesty for taking advantage of the things I no longer have. My family, friends, and associates will never forget your name. You were responsible to ensure all helpers were trustworthy. Because of your company's policies you are in the position to abuse those policies. Specifically the "Packed By Owner" policy.

Team arrived at 8am but charged me from 745am. Didn't start working til 815a and I was billed for their 30 min lunch break. At $160 per hour for 3 people, that makes a difference. I got refunded for that but once I moved my bed around 2 weeks later, I noticed that my bed slats were not screwed back into place and one of them was broken. Couldn't find the screws and some guy called me back with an attitude quoting $.30 per pound. Bed still isn't fixed almost a month later.
