Can't even get them to respond to any of my inquires to schedule a move. Used them before in 2016 and loved them so knew right away when planning to move again I would use them. Emailed employee directly over 2 week ago. Emailed again through website to general inquires still didn't hear back. Called in spoke with a person who just kept putting me on hold or asking for information I had already given. Frustrating and unprofessional. Disappointed in the way the company is run now in 2020.

My husband Michael and I moved on Thursday and it was a thoroughly pleasant and efficient experience. Our three movers we're knowledgeable, helpful, and even fun. They made recommendations that saved Michael and I time and effort now while unpacking. We truly appreciate our movers' thoughtfulness and highly recommend this company.

I'm very satisfied with my move with Charles E Groff & Sons Inc. Chad and the other mover (I didn't catch his name) moved everything very quickly and as far as I can tell didn't get a scratch on anything. Chad was polite and made sure everything was done to my liking. I added a few things that I had intended to sell but ending up having to take with us. Even with those extra itmes they came in under the original estimate! I definitly recommend them.

We recently completed our move to our new home and Groff Moving performed wonderfully. Travis and his team were efficient, courteous and very professional. They fully understood how best to approach loading while considering what "challenges" might present themselves with unloading as our new home has a detached garage and attic area that is not readily accessible from the front for this task. We would recommend without hesitation using this firm in the future.
