In my opinion the is THE best moving company in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. This company is locally owned and operated and the employees-from management to sales, office staff and warehouse employees-who I have dealt with many times are always friendly and have smiles on their faces, not to mention they are very thorough and will make sure that any job, whether household or commercial, is done properly. This is the only moving company that I would recommend to any and everyone.

Our moving experience with Charlotte Van & Storage was an absolute tragic nightmare resulting in loss of irreplaceable possessions, and a final total cost significantly higher than the initial quote. I have never experienced such heinous customer service. The same Manager that impressed upon us we would have a smooth experience in our initial meet cursed at me on the phone multiple times, hung up on me and refused to acknowledge any accountability for our awful experience. In addition to broken furniture, destroyed possessions, damaged walls, the moving truck broke down in our neighborhood for hours. Please do yourself a favor and pick ANY other moving company.
