Chase Moving and Storage

I concur with the legions of reviewers who have had terrible experiences with this company. Do not use them. Had coordinated a time to do a virtual walk-through and after 25 minutes of not showing up I disconnected the session and called customer service. They could not explain why Ron did not join the session. And when I pressed for an explanation, the scheduler put me on hold to talk to the sales folks and came back and said they are not going to reschedule. Evidently they cannot handle out-of-state moves and definitely do not have good customer service. Avoid this coming at all costs!

Horrible company. Instead of getting a quote they give a piss poor excuse and leave you high and dry. When questioned about why, they get defensive and accusatory instead of explaining why they are unable to provide service. Wouldn't waste another phone call on them. Obviously they cannot handle out of state moves.

They say they’ll receive your stuff, but when you come here they tell you to wait. And after a few hours they schedule you for a next day.

I used Chase to store my furniture for several months. After I moved my items out of storage I never received my deposit back. After 45 days from the move out date I called. I was told there was "debris" left in the storage unit and I would not be getting my deposit back. When I asked what the debris was they couldnt tell me. They also said they sent me an email telling me this on 10/17. I received no such email (she insisted I had opened it). If there was debris left ....I certainly would have swept it out or picked it up to get my $90.00 back.

So pleased with the care and consideration we got from Sean and his team at Chase. Showed up on time, worked very hard (OMG! To have a young back again!), and ended early! They were so gracious when we needed to ask them to relocate a heavy box or two. I highly recommend Ron and Kristie's Chase Movers in Williston, VT!
