I would use a different company if I did it again.

Worst experience ever. I have always use local movers, but they were unable to move me this day. So I took a reference from my sister. I was balling my eyes out by the end of this experience. I’m a single mom. I budgeted for 2 hours max. Knowing really...it should only take 1. I put everything in my 2 bedroom apartment in the living room. There was no couches or tables to move in this process. The movers not only showed up early making it difficult for me 2 be in 2 places at once, but there was no rush once they started. The walked, no dollies, and took over 2 hours to move one room of boxes. They then had to call for more people because they needed to be in Ashland for a bigger project. They wanted to charge me 3 hours plus the extra people that help to move a 2 bedroom apartment with not couches or table over $400. I was absolutely shocked. Called the main office. Kenny was on vacation. Mike tells me that they work differently than local movers and basically ok’d the slow walking/work process. He did delete the extra worker process. So I only had to pay over $300... and the worst part....one of the workers POOPED in my OLD Apartment and left it. So I had to re-clean the toilet before I left it. I feel completely ripped off and it made it hard to budget for me and my daughter. I will never use them again. I paid someone to poop on my time and leave it in my toilet. Also, my daughters bunk bed is missing a screw. Now I have to figure out how to buy a new one so she can safely sleep.

Had a few large items to move and was in a bit of a time crunch. The guys showed up on time and moved my furniture quickly. They were completely professional and even managed to back their large truck into my very narrow driveway. Kudos guys, I will be using your services again!

By far the easiest move I’ve had! Very quick, but careful with my items. Would recommend to anyone.

We had Kenny and Chet’s coordinate a 3-stage move for recarpeting both sides of our office. Kenny was great to work with, and he and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend
