We have used Chipman twice and each time they have been great! Friendly and hard working crews! They actually helped repair a bed frame that had been put together incorrectly by another company, above and beyond in my opinion. Teresa Gallican was our move coordinator both times and she is great. Totally recommend this company.

Not good at helping customers. If you decide to use this company, I would suggest reconsidering. The sales people are nice but work on commission and disappear after move day. In regards to move day, Take photos and create an inventory off all of your items. Chipman will take zero accountability about your stuff once you “sign” their paper work. We requested them to pack our closet items. Shoes, clothes, ect. They lost the entire box of my wife’s shoes, a 10ft ladder, & a paper shredder, and are doing little to nothing to help. It is truly unfortunate as they were not the cheapest company to use but, I felt they would take the best care of my family during the process. Needless to say, I am left appalled that they were so careless. They have a “shame on you” attitude for using their company. Please Learn from my mistakes and go somewhere else.

This was one of the worse moves that I have ever experienced. First an $11000 rug went missing and took more than a month to locate and get it to us. During the move there was furniture damage, and in particular our piano which had a Player System in it which was totally destroyed. Fortunately I had dated photos of the damage because Chipman refused to pay for it. They claimed that in some small print gotcha sentence that we moved the piano before it was inspected. It took the inspector weeks to even call me and further weeks before he could see it. They did not respond until I got my attorney involved. I was contemplating to further call the Attorney general of Florida to see what other remedies were available under the law. The crew and driver were nice, therefore instead on ZERO stars I gave them one. I am sure that you will be really glad that you finally received a review from us!

Exceptional service from start to finish. The folks here really know what they're doing and go above and beyond for their customers!
