From the very first phone call, to their site visit to my home. The women I spoken to were so respectful, friendly, knowledgeable. Whenever I had to call them, they were their, answering all my question. It was smooth sailing with them. The packers, came to the house, packed up. Fast forward to my new destination in TX. The movers (deliverer), kept in contact with me, from the time they left the warehouse to 30 min prior showing up at my new house. Additionally, the office in GA. continued to keep in touch with me, through these many, many months that my house hold items were storage, and that is what really got me!! I love good customer service, and that is just what I received from them. I'm retired military (24 yrs.), so I know what moving is all about. Even though this moved was years after my retirement, it was my best!! Thanks again, for making this move an easy transition for me.

We are very pleased with the service and professionalism of Ciceros'. We set our appointment with ease and got upfront pricing and terms. The team gave me a call before their arrival and even arrived 15 mins early on the day of the move. They were very friendly and finished an hour before the estimated time! Very impressed! They moved all items down two flights of stairs without complaint and packed everything neatly in storage. The team asked questions to ensure things were being put where I wanted them and I really appreciated that. At the end, the price paid was the exact price quoted! Highly recommend. Cicero's Moving did a commercial 25+ office relocation move for us. They were very efficient and thoughtful while moving. All of our employees on site were very pleased with the service. Talk about unprofessional. Theresa who claims to be the manager hangs up on us. Denise, who also claims to be the manager called me honey, baby and darling so many times in one conversation. When you tell a customer you will call on a specific day to confirm......you should do so. Now they are giving us a 3 day window of when they might show up yo pack us out. Our deliver date is now up to them as well and they will do so before the cutoff date that will get them in trouble. We have moved every 2 to 3 years for 20 years. Not our first rodeo. Have never delt with such unprofessionalism in my life. You will be watched like a hawk in my home. Your reputation for items going missing proceeds you. If we werent stuck at this point, you would never be granted access to my home.

I had an awesome experience with the company and staff. Everyone was very helpful and very professional. The movers we most kind courteous and very fast.. Cicero’s will always be my 1st choice of moving my property. Thank you Rita
