City Relocation is a NOWSHIP affiliated mover. We work directly with their team when a customer needs more traditional moving service like pickup, delivery and or short/long term storage of our kubox cube crate or trunks for domestic or international service from the greater Atlanta area. NOWSHIP offers small self packed services both long distance and internationally and the City Relocation team does an amazing job working with us.

Where to start with the absolute inadequacy of this company. Let me specify though, this review will focus on the local crew who "packed" my home. The delivery crew were complete professionals. Packing day was a nightmare. First they driver calls me around 1000 for what was supposed to be a 0800 pickup informing us they were running behind but were 30 minutes away. 3 hours later they finally arrive at my house claiming new eco friendly fuel made them unable to drive the truck over 45mph, thus their lateness. On arrival they to our dismay were completely unprepared. No inventory forms to annotate what they were even loading. Not even enough boxes for the house. Look at the picture attached for the care they put into packing my items. That is a desktop, monitor, and keyboard all thrown in a box loosely next to a lava lamp. Seriously?! No bubble wrap, no care at all. These men spent more time questioning if we wanted to keep items in our home, asking values of certain easy to "lose" items as well. Very off putting. This crew even had the audacity to request that i drive them in my personal vehicle to nearby moving companies so that they could mooch what they arrived without. Mainly inventory forms. So packing completed, 4 hours later than expected, with all my items written on notebook paper by an illiterate hand; E Lewis looking at you, and an arrangement is made. I have to drive 2 hours out of my way to meet this man to sign the official documentation that they failed to bring. He will transcribe the chicken scratch accountability of my home and i will just pray that it is all reflected accurately (it wasnt) on the official ledger. So me just wanting to get this experience done agrees. I arrive at the predetermined location to sign for my home items and call Mr lewis, he claims he would be there in 5 minutes. 1 hour later he shows up and we finally are able to start our cross country move. Edit: the only missing item at delivery is mysteriously a playstation 4 and its power cord which we packed ourselves. It must of been removed from its original box, strange... not that these wonderful degenerates would steal?
