Perfect service, sometimes

This company is absolutely terrible! They have been late to every single one of their deadlines and have done nothing but make excuses for them. They are moving us from a military installation and sent a truck full of people that ALL but one (of 4) failed the background check to get on post so they went back to their location two hours away from us and said they'd be back tomorrow. We are now the day before we move and now stuck having to do all the cleaning and everything the same day our house is being emptied and only hours away from our move out inspection. They tried to reconcile their problems by sending us a check for our inconvenience but yet they did that before they have finished and they're still making mistakes. They should have waited until they finished and offered us more for their lack in professional courtesy, inability to arrive on time, and countless excuses instead of just doing their job. Moving is stressful enough and our one day move has turned into 3 with wondering when our stuff was going to be packed and picked up. I am still terrified to find out what is going to happen to our stuff on the finally delivery in our new state. I urge you to find a more efficient, and moving friendly company.

Awesome experience!!! They have moved me twice and my experience each time was stress free! I wouldn't go with any other company
