If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We moved from TN to OR, and first when our stuff reached OR we hadn't made it there yet. I called to speak to the lady at the front desk and try to find out what our options were on delivery. She was extremely rude and not helpful. When I called her out on being rude, she backed tracked and tried to be nicer but the rudeness was just apart of her, I guess. In the end our stuff was placed in temporary storage. Anyway, 2 weeks later we get our stuff. Everything we saw in TN was wrapped and protected before leaving on the truck. It didn't show up to our home in OR like that. It all had been unwrapped and just exposed. We had 3 tears on our couch, dents in out headboard and footboard, chips in our marble table, my couch and loveseat smells moldy, black grease marks on the mattress, 2 tears in the mattress,  and other minor damages. Oh and the best part was we were missing our loveseat, I mean how do you leave or forget to bring all my stuff? Is it not kept together? I don't get it. When we finally got our loveseat it was covered in dog hair, and I don't have pets. Matter of fact my child is extremely allergic to dogs/cats. When I mentioned it to the same rude lady from day one, her solution was to take it home and vacuum it, um NO, how about you be a trustworthy and responsible company. I do not recommend this company and will be passing this info along, especially considering that this is how military families are treated during moves.

There were three workers Moving slow ,checking out the view , left their paper work in the home. There is one sofa one love seat to move , and one small rug. So I Move all the cushions off the sofa, and transfer them in my car myself. None of the furniture was protected with blankets or wrap. Than they follow me to the other home and they are tright behind me, and all of a suden the moving truck turns off at the entrance to the mall where Starbucks is .(did they get lost, or stop for coffee) I arrive home and 15 min later they show up. Bill for a hour and half work 217 dollars. WHEN THE ONE IN CHARGE REALIZED HOW BAZAAR THE PRICE SOUNDED HE CALLED THE OFFICE AND GOT THE BILL DOWN TO 157.00. What do u think? Last time I had movers do the same thing was 40.00 that was 5 years ago.
