Moving is never fun. We recently move to South Carolina after 43 years in the same house. Their initial estimate was within 90% of the final cost. The packing team was unbelievable efficient, competent, and fast. They had the truck loaded a day early. The unloading experience was also incredibly efficient. And more important, not a single thing was broken. A few pieces of furniture has a slight scratch, which was easily fixed with a touch up "magic" marker. City Transfer and Storage did an excellent job for us.

Arrive on time . Estimates dependable. Phone discussions informative. Great supplier.

Be careful, they don't honor their damage warranty. I was assigned CT&S through my relocation company (Weichert, also terrible). This was a corporate relocation and my employer paid for full value protection insurance for all goods shipped during the move.An item was damaged during moving and I submitted a claim to CT&S in October. It's now the end of December and after multiple back and forth messages with them, multiple claims that they're "re-sending a check", I can only conclude that they have decided to breach their duties of the damage insurance contract. What a disappointing example of poor customer service. I will be contacting a lawyer when I get back from Christmas break.

No comment. I have never done business with this company and Google won't let me remove this review. Smh

We had the nicest, most professional and great moving crew. The guys were respectful of our furniture and gave the best service. Even laughed at my jokes, LOL.
