This was not a good experience. I had a cross country move and the movers they sent were so unprofessional with our stuff. We ended up moving the valuable stuff on our own. They did not respect our items. Also, I wouldn't trust their "crate and freight" option. It's a gross misrepresentation of pricing and you'll get slammed with unnecessary charges. The communication was not clear during the move and you have no idea where your stuff is. So much of our stuff was damaged when we received it. The receiving movers were surprised by how bad and inefficient the packing was. There were a couple guys in the warehouse who were great and helpful, but the rest of the experience is not worth the cheaper price. Don't use this agency if you have the choice, go elsewhere.

I hired Mayflower for my mother's move from Clifton Park, NY to Delray Beach, FL., which included the shipping of her car. The entire process, from my initial inquiry to the delivery of goods ran smoothly. All members of the team were professional and courteous. Her goods were delivered in a reasonable time frame and the drivers gave ample notice of delivery date and time. It was a pleasure to do business with this company and I highly recommend them!
