Terrible company...if you are PCSing DO NOT LET THEM UNPACK! These guys have very sticky fingers. So far I am missing my dewalt circular saw, my jig saw, various other tools, and my caster board. My wife was nice enough to give the movers some water in Hyrdoflask cups...guess what they stole those too. I will be doing my own move when it is time to leave here. Navy you need to cancel this contract now!

This is another one of those companies who employ temps with the promise of full time, only to have the entire workplace except you know that it won't last. Toxic environment overall with a very clique-y feel. I am a free human being and refuse to be treated as less than that. What happened: another long-standing employee copped an attitude with me. I was told to perform a task and by performing it I was making mistakes, as it was the job of this employee to perform that specific task and not my duty. However, I was told by my "trainer" to do these things. A classic case of purposeful misdirection. I barely know anything about the job and never received proper training in the first place, though I was entirely willing to learn. Another employee who was brought on had a training schedule of 2+ weeks while I was trained for a few days. The employees created a hostile environment from the beginning, and their sister companies who work in the same building, Sol Source and E&H logistics have toxic employees who didn't receive me well at the new job at all. It seemed that there was a bias against me and not the new employee; come to find out, I'm let go after this new employee starts another position. In short, the people who work here suck. They act nice, until they need a fall guy and they set their sights on you. Also worthy to note is that it was reported that everyone felt "intimidated" by me. How am I supposed to have any job let alone this one if people feel intimidated just by my presence? They have super lame hiring practices but the perks of the job would be nice if they actually offered permanent positions and didn't lie to prospective hard-working employees.

I have been in the military for 21 years and never experienced a moment like this. My household goods have been sitting in California for 30 days and this company cannot find a driver in 30 days. Texas to California is only twelve hours, it's a shame how this company treats Soldiers. My family has been sleeping on the floor and blow up mattresses for the past 3 weeks. There is no concern for our well being they need to be banned off the list for military transportation. Promises and promises have been made, but all that is is a promise to give you hope.
