Great customer service and hard working crew...thanks coast movers!

Movers were scheduled for 8 AM, showed up at 8:45. They didn't bring boxes because they assumed it wasn't a full pack and move. They penalized me the full hour labor ($125/hr) it took them to go get boxes. They also took a 30 minute lunch, which wasn't supposed to be charged. Their supervisor said that the 1.5 hours would be knocked off since it was not my fault. In the end, they charged for every second from when they showed up without boxes to when they finished at 3:30. I cannot recommend this business as they lied about coming to a resolution and now will not pick up the phone. I would recommend you use someone else to move your household.

A competitive price was the key driver for why I went with Coast Movers but the decision-making element was the service that I received as I was inquiring on the move. I felt being in contact and supported by the service team throughout the move and the actual experience with the movers, both in the pick up and the delivery, was very good. Everyone was extremely professional. They took care of my furniture and went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly covered. They worked efficiently throughout the whole move.

Amazing Company! I have little baby and so I was very grateful the crew showed up on time, disassembled my beds, and wrapped my furniture as promised. The men were professional and respectful.
