Review:

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. After being forced to use this company, upon moving my items into my house a light fixture was shattered. After waiting to receive a call about it I called and finally talked to a manager who said he would send me a check in the mail. Two months later I received a check...after dealing with DMO and after cashing it, low and behold a stop payment was put in the check which cost me $35. After calling, my wife was treated beyond rude and was told “Mail don’t take that long” which we have all the records. Scummy company.

Review:

The absolute WORST company to deal with. When they packed my house it took them 8 hours (I had a one story/was our first house so not a lot in it at all) because one of the movers was on his phone the entire time. They broke a glass and made me clean it up and did not report it or apologize, and once they started getting tired stopped caring about my stuff. Man handled my large pieces of furniture and told me they could probably deliver everything the next day. What a joke that was because it's two weeks later and I haven't gotten a thing. My coordinator for the move has not called me once, so I had to get a different person, and I was guaranteed a delivery date and the NIGHT BEFORE the delivery was supposed to take place someone called me and pretty much said they didn't know why no one told me but it would be delayed another day because another client changed their plans. FINALLY the day it was coming is here and I was told between 1-3 because they wanted to drop someone else's off first and at 4:30 called to ask where they were and they said they were still an hour away. No call. Nothing. The moving coordinator called me to ask how delivery was going and I had to be the one to tell her they weren't even here yet. THE WORST COMPANY/CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THEM. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE MOVING WITH THE MILITARY.

Review:

The worst moving experience we’ve ever had as a military family and we’ve moved 7 times in the military. They did not pack an entire closet, cabinet and front porch. When I said they forgot it I was told they cannot fit it in their van yet the crate was only half full. Instead they said they will see if it’s possible to come on Monday even though I repeatedly told them we turn our base house in Monday morning and fly out after that. They then took only my rug and said it would not be added to the inventory sheet because we had already signed the sheets but they would take it and put it in their van to be placed in the crate that somehow didn’t have room. I am extremely upset and nothing was resolved not even a time they will be here Monday
