The worst packing job by far for a Military family that has moved five times. After weeks of getting things organized, my belongings reach their new destination in complete disarray!! Boxes with clothes in them were marked for the dining room, things that were fragile were tossed around and destroyed because they were mislabeled as clothes. My daughters doll house, dressing table, and art table were broken because they were not boxed or wrapped. The hardware to my sons crib is missing so I can’t put it together. I have to replace so much stuff and I know they don’t care based on the way our things were handled. Their packers worked for two days only 5 hours each day. They were beyond unprofessional, constantly on their phones and not paying attention. The loaders who came to pick up the stuff were so disgruntled with their boss that they began to just throw the stuff on causing even more damage!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I can not say enough good things about this company. In 19 years of moves with the Marine Corps, this was, by far, the easiest. Mary and Jamie were wonderful to deal with in the office, the packers (Trish and Curtis) handled our stuff like it was their own and the driver (Miguel) was supberb on both ends. We highly recommend them and hope to use them again one day of we ever go back to LeJeune.

These movers and storage place broke multiple items of ours and paid us 15% of its value. They ripped us off, not to mention they're unprofessional and will not handle your household goods with care. We will not ever deal with them again and will continue to discourage others from using them. If you're military, ASK TMO FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY to move your stuff!!! What a headache.
