I just said goodbye to Andrew and Ken who emptied out a family member’s apartment. It’s difficult to watch but these two gentlemen took away the stress. They were kind, professional and worked incredibly hard. I can’t say enough about my experience. Including my interaction with Jameson when I called to make the arrangements. He was lovely!!! Tomorrow the moving crew comes to transport the remaining items to their new home. If they are half as great as Andrew and Ken I know my experience will be equally wonderful. Thank you Hunks!!!! My daughter and I had a very positive and satisfying experience with our move using college hunks! Joseph and Kenya were very pleasant, attentive to our needs and professional!!! They made the move look effortless and it was truly a stress free experience for us! Obviously College Hunks trains their employees well, true professionals!!! They may be good at moving apartments and junk, but not businesses. I planned the company move over 3 months ago. They were called to assess the contents and to give an estimate. they were called again to ensure that all parties were on the same page. During the second walk trough, they gave a totally different estimate. We were told 2-26 feet trucks and 6 men would complete the job. They booked it for 7 hours and stated that it would probably take less time due to the number of staff on the job. The job did not only take way more than 7 hours, they did not even complete it despite their 6 men crew. They left contents at the old location and when they got to the new location they left the wraps on everything. They disassembled the furniture which they did not reassemble. They attempted to reassemble my $ 4,000 wood conference table. After attempting to move the table, we realized it was wobbly. They were asked to redo it. They went back in their truck to look for the middle piece of wood that makes the table sturdy. They spent over 30 minutes trying to figure out how to put it back together. The table collapsed 2 days later. They drilled wholes that they were not supposed to, the screws and the pegs were not put back, they left them on the floor. I thought I hired a professional company to do a professional job, but instead they hired a bunch of inexperienced young men to do the job. Everything was labeled, they failed to ask where to place the contents, they dropped things all over the place, one of them told me that's the way they do it, when everything is in, they will put things where they belong. That was not the case, some things were left where they don't belong with the wrap.They caused me nothing but stress and anxiety. They ruined my Christmas. The move was supposed to be smooth and professionally done, it was nothing but a nightmare. I would never recommend a business to use them.
