Roni was awesome! She came to my home to do an overview of all my belongings and car. The flexibility of this company, especially during COVID, was amazing. I reached out to Roni way more than I’m sure she is compensated for, and every time she was so pleasant and willing to work magic for me! Her customer service and willingness to help is top notch. My movers, Steve and his crew, were just the same. They packed everything up that they were suppose to in a quick and organized manner. The same process stood when they delivered everything; unpack and put in place! Remind you my move was from CA to FL. Not one item missed or broken. I will forever uses Colonial and Allied Van Lines for any moves I need to make.

I talked with someone from this company to get a quote for moving across the country. He quoted me a high price and I mentioned I've gotten much lower quotes at other companies I've talked to. He then proceeded to rant at me about how it's impossible to do the move for those prices and that these other companies are trying to "take advantage of a young, single female". I don't appreciate him lecturing me about how I'm going to be taken advantage of because I sound young and female. I know how to handle my own business and I guarantee he never would have said any of this if I had sounded male. I will never give a cent to a company that treats potential patrons in such a sexist and condescending manner.

Roni was awesome. She came to our house an hour away and gave us a very competitive bid. Very professional and delightful to work with. Jackie, the on-site packing supervisor, and his team did an excellent job for us. We have moved 11 times in the last forty years and this was one of the very best ever. Jackie is a great representative of your company and my only wish was having him deliver our furniture too. Thanks for recommending the car shipper, they were great as well.

They did a good job of delivering our furniture and belongings to us especially during this most difficult time. Nathan Talbert did a great job explaining how the move would progress. I did not feel the sales pressure to use Allied Van Lines like I did with several other movers. Nathan displayed a friendly, confident demeanor that made us feel comfortable to use Allied Van Lines for our third time. The movers kept us informed as to where they were when they started in route from Sacramento to El Paso, TX. We both appreciated their good humor and esprit d'corps. I will recommend Allied Van LInes to any of my acquaintances.

The driver and crew were top notch. They were professional and helpful. They had my house loaded out in less than 7 hours.
