This review is for Donna at Customer Resolutions. She reached out and we spoke about my troubles with my move. She was able to 1- Listen and hear my frustrations about my experience 2- Go to bat for me in getting a fair resolution and 3- Go above and beyond what I expected on getting this turned around to a better experience. She really did help and was very kind and quick to respond during this process. I truly appreciate her reaching out and turning a bad experience to a better one. Thank you Donna!

Horrible company. Do not use! They went to pack up our things from a storage unit which should have been all completely rewrapped and boxed. Instead they just tossed everything into their truck for across county. They were 3 weeks late on their delivery to us and then couldn’t deliver onto an Air Force base because their driver was a previous felon. Lots of things they brought were damaged, broken and missing. We still have no clue where part of our bed frame is which was a hand made bed. If I could post pictures I would of everything completely broken. Again DO NOT USE THEM

Several high end items were stolen by colonial van lines. Including a Louis Vuitton luggage. Beware. They then offered us 800$ for a positive review. Nope. I’d rather warn others.
