I don't normally post reviews but I had a great experience with this company. They helped me move a very large fish aquarium in a very awkward location. Instead of just turning me away like most other companies did. They worked with me to get it moved. Would definitely recommend.

Worst company. They take smoke breaks while you are paying them by the hour. They forgot their paperwork at the old place so we had to go back meanwhile I'm paying them by the hour and they didn't deduct any time for that. Then they changed one of their tires on their truck while I'm paying them by the hour and again did not deduct any time for that. They sure did take their time moving my stuff also. They charged me for 9 hours moving a 1 bedroom apartment to another apartment 20 minutes away from each other. Then I noticed on the paperwork that the math was not adding up correctly. It was supposed to be 8 hours. I called and got that part fixed. They obviously scam people every way they can...by adding an extra hour(luckily I caught that), by smoke breaks, forgetting their paper work, and changing tire. 8 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment to another apartment 20 minutes away should tell you something about this company. I'd go elsewhere.

The only positive was that they moved us....I left my locked file cabinet with them and made the mistake of leaving my childhood valuables locked in the file cabinet in a jewelry box which you coyldnt get into ...they moved us from our first house and kept our items in storage for a year .we paid storage fees monthly..when we moved into our new home, they moved us in.. when I checked my file cabinet, it was still locked, but when I went to retrieve my rings, watches, and bracelets I got as gifts as a child, they were not in the jewelry box..I thought maybe they got thrown around in the move...well after searching for several days, they were gone..but how, if I locked the cabinet? I find out several days later, after turning my two drawer file cabinet on its side that they unscrewed the bottom and therefore had easy access to my stuff.. my mistake was to leave this priceless items in storage rather than with me when we moved.. but I trusted these people. We called the owner and he denied anyone from the company had done such a thing and never return our calls or looked into the situation.. this was many years ago, i was young and now looking back, I should have done a police report . Now my precious childhood jewelry, class ring, Mickey mouse watches, gold bracelets, I can never pass down to my daughter (whonwas not born when this happened)as I had planned. I feel violated. Never trust these people with your stuff.. if you value it. Many years later, those thing meant so much and it took me not thinking and trusting these people to lose a part of my childhood memories.. I would not trust these movers with moving my bed much less whole house worth of furniture.
