They completely dismantled and destroyed a custom-built piece of furniture for no reason, and left a pile of wood with lots of exposed nail tips face up, in the middle of the floor. I have children. What if they had wandered into the room before I did? It was the center support for a platform bed (resembles a ladder, but made with 2x4s). It was not due to the piece being too large to fit through the door or up the steps, as the other pieces to the platform bed are longer, wider and heavier and they got those in the door and upstairs without a problem. Also, we had no problem getting the now destroyed piece down steps at the old house. Each part of the support was attached with three nails and wood glue. It was very sturdy, I had never had a problem. They had to put more work into destroying it than they would have if they had just carried it up the stairs. Trying to glue re-nail the support back together will jeopardize the stability of the bed. It's going to cost me a lot of money to have it remade. I have NOT received a return call. Other items arrived damaged or loose due to improper handling. Google is not allowing me to post the pictures of the mess. NEVER again! I will not recommend them unless you want to pay money to replace items you paid them to move.

Absolutely phenomenal movers. Professional, personable, and took great care of everything they touched. Would absolutely use them again for my next move.
