Condor Moving Systems

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! I am a recent customer of this business and was treated extremely poorly. I spoke with Mario from the office. He provided me an original quote for my items (20 boxes, large sectional (350 lbs for each of the 3 pieces to my sectional), adjustable bed, 2 end tables, and 2 trunks of Christmas items. Skip to moving day .. The movers came. After all my items were loaded on the truck, the movers let me know they weren't expecting the couch to be so large and inflated my price $700. Guys, the sectional was not even as big as they quoted me. Regardless of the fact, the sectional was accounted for. I contacted the moving company over the phone several times to discuss this and they kept pushing me off. I contacted them over the phone a total of 6 times with no resolution. Drop Off: The movers showed up 2 days after the expected delivery date. The Condor Moving systems demanded I pay the amount or they would not return my furniture to me. They refused to adjust the amount. I paid with my debit card because I knew I would need some assistance through my bank on this dispute. As the movers brought in my things, I noticed that they broke one of the feet on my couch and tore the fabric on on a part of the couch, water damage to the adjustable base, and broke the handle of my roaster. Aftermath: I tried one final time to contact Condor, but was yet unsuccessful again. I spoke with 2 different reps this time. The last one hung up right on me. I hope this review is not taken lightly. Please spare yourselves from this business. You will be HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED if you choose this company to move your furniture. Signed a very unhappy customer.

I used Condor for my move from Dallas to Virginia. I cant believe how friendly our crew was. They answered all my questions and arrived on time. The office staff was super friendly and i was very pleased with the overall cost of my move. I will definetly be referring them to all my friends!!

I recently moved from Texas to Calafornia. I used Condor moving and they were amazing. The movers were polite and informative . My items were taken care of and arrived on on the day they told me it would. I would highly recommend this company!

I hired Condor Moving to transport my belongings to my new home and they did a phenomenal job. The morning of my move I called customer service to make sure I did not need to do anything to prep for the move, within minutes I was on the phone with one of the owners explaining what exactly I needed to do and how to prepare. The movers that arrived were respectable and professional. I would 100% recommend these guys!

I have moved....a lot. Across states, locally, etc. and I have never had a better experience than with Condor! They were respectful, treated my things well, and were very efficient. When my washer and dryer wouldn't fit inside the laundry room at my new house, they took the door off, offered advice, and even saw that some new furniture had been delivered and offered to take it upstairs for me. The next time I move (even though I hope that is not for a LONG time), I will use Condor!!
